About GardenPoster

GardenPoster is operated by Whole Kaisin LLC. The app helps users create garden layouts, identify plants, generate care suggestions, enhance garden images, and create AI-assisted garden posters. The app is intended for personal inspiration, keepsakes, wall art, and creative use.

Not Professional Advice

GardenPoster output is not professional landscaping, surveying, legal, safety, botanical, or medical advice. AI-generated plant identification and care suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals, local conditions, product labels, and trusted plant care sources.

Your Content

You are responsible for the photos, sketches, labels, notes, and other content you upload or create. Only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload sensitive documents, confidential information, or content that violates someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant GardenPoster the limited rights needed to process, store, transmit, display, and generate outputs from your content so the requested app features can work.

AI Generated Output

AI outputs may vary, contain mistakes, or resemble common patterns from generated imagery. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them. Do not rely on generated images for property boundaries, measurements, permits, safety decisions, or official documentation.

In-App Purchases And Rewarded Ads

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Paid credits and rewarded ad credits are used for eligible GardenPoster features as shown in the app. Credits require backend verification before use. If a valid purchase or reward cannot be verified immediately, GardenPoster may ask you to retry, check status, or contact support so we can help restore access where appropriate.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with backend systems, or attempt to bypass purchase or ad verification.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not use GardenPoster to create official maps, surveys, property records, or safety-critical plans.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the service in a way that harms reliability or other users.

Availability And Changes

GardenPoster features may change, pause, or stop over time. AI providers, ad networks, hosting providers, App Store services, and network conditions can affect availability and results.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GardenPoster is provided as is and without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or generated outputs.
